ABOUT US
104 at Ebrington Square opened its doors in June 2018 and is located in the heart of the City on the 26 acre Ebrington site. The extension and refurbishment to bring the building back into use were part of a £1.6m project lead by the Northern Ireland Executive Office.
Enterprise North West, the Local Enterprise Centre for the City manage the building and we offer 18 fully serviced offices ranging in size from 125 sq. ft. to 375 sq. ft. which are available on flexible terms.
